Questions and Information
1.ORDERS Holster orders need to be placed at this website. Any special orders please email me and I will advise you.

2.CHANGES to existing orders MUST come via a new order form. You will not lose your place on the list. This is so there is a record of the change. I wont accept or honor any changes made any other way. I cannot be held responsible for any mix-up that is made where there is no documented change to the order via a new order form.
Order CHANGES will not be accepted after invoice for payment has been sent as in many cases the order may be completed before your payment is made. Once I send the invoice, I begin the work on your holster. An error in the ordering process made by the client is not the responsibility of C5 Leather. If it is a honorable mistake, and a common holster, an exchange may be considered.

3.UPDATES After an order has been placed , I will send a generic email stating that the order has been received. If you have a doubt about the correctness of your order, please contact C5 leather by phone at 913-209-2402 between the hours of 6am-1pm and 8pm – midnight c.s.t. ( i work nights) Once the holster is made and shipped I will notify you that it is on its way. 

4. PAYMENT invoices will be sent to the provided email address when work begins on the order. It will be an invoice through Paypal. This DOES NOT require the customer to set up a Paypal account. If the email address provided is linked to a Paypal account, then it will request that you login and complete the payment. If you have no Paypal account, the link provided in the invoice email will bring up a credit/debit card form. If you have a problem with this or would like to pay via a money order please call C5 leather.
 
5. PAYMENT DEADLINE After the invoice has been sent, your on-line payment is expected reasonably (within 3 days). If you have an issue and need to delay, contact me. If after  3 days, payment has not been received and contact has not been made, I will try to contact you to ensure the invoice was received. If I cannot contact you after one week, via phone and/or email, your order will be cancelled so please contact me.
 
6. SHIPPING will be through USPS Priority Mail. Product price includes shipping. Products will normally ship an estimated week from the day payment is made after the invoice is sent. You can expect it about 2-3 days later, about 10-12 days after payment. Due to high volume please see home page "UPDATES" for possible delay times. C5 Leather uses delivery confirmation through the post office. This does not constitute insurance. It only proves that the holster was delivered or not. C5 Leather is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. As such, apartment addresses are advised against.

7. Limited Warranty C5 Leather products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

8.RETURNS All items can be returned for exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met.
Any item returned for exchange or refund must be unused and in as new condition, Only items ordered in their standard configuration qualify for product refund or exchange, no exchange on special orders. If you have any questions on what is or what isn't returnable, then please Email and ask before ordering.
 
Items returned for refund, must be returned within a three day inspection period following delivery to your address in the original packaging you received it in. Padded envelopes and boxes are crushed easily in transit and any damages as a
result will void any guarantee.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days and only if yhe exchange is for the same model and size. Returns made after the three day inspection period, not to exceed 30 days from date of sale, will be accepted for exchange only! That is providing the item is both unused and in as new condition. 

After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
.Failure to follow Maintenance and Care instructions may void your warranty in part or whole. Any damages or wear to the product may require a small restocking fee or deduction from a refund. Normal wear and degradation of your leather products is not covered by this warranty. Due to the nature of leather , a lifetime warranty cannot be offered. However, C5 leather is dedicated to customer satisfaction and will do all we can to ensure your satisfacation .



C5 Leather holsters are made to fit standard factory equipped guns only. Additions or any alteration to the frame or dimensions of the gun itself may make the holster unsafe and increase the risk of an accident. C5 Leather holsters are made specifically to fit a single make and model of handgun and are marked accordingly. At no time should a handgun other than the make and model of gun for which the holster is made be used in a C5 Leather holster. It is the users responsibility throughout the life of the holster to check for proper fit and retention. This should be done each time the holster is used.

Because C5 Leather has no control over how its holsters and/or accessories will be used, or who they will be used by after their purchase, we disclaim any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to person (s) and/or property resulting from the use of any C5 Leather product. You should understand that the decision you make to carry a firearm, either for sport or for personal defense, carries with it a certain amount of risk and potential for injury or death. Therefore, it would be advisable that you seek out and acquire proper training before using any firearm or firearm related product.

The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the product purchased. Upon purchase of holsters and accessories, the purchaser and/or user assumes all risks as to the performance of the product. If the product is purchased for a specific use, the buyer and not the manufacturer, is solely responsible for the determination of the fitness of suitability of the product for such use.
